If it smells of gas, call. Then send the postcode if you can.

Smell of LPG, a lock-off, or an appliance you do not trust — call 020 8088 3678. We are open for requests around the clock. First-hour labour from £120 in office hours; out-of-hours quoted on the call. A team member aims to be with you within sixty minutes.

If you can smell gas: turn off the supply if it is safe, get outside, and do not use switches or a phone indoors.
